By the instant petition the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the Annexure no. 1 page no. 10 to 20 impugned FIR dated 28.05.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 109 of 2026 under section 3/5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act PS Kaliyar Sharif District Haridwar. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 109 of 2026 under section 3/5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act PS Kaliyar Sharif District Haridwar till the pendency of present petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned, however, they may be given some reasonable time to surrender. 5. Learned State counsel have not raised any objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 20.06.2026.
