HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24040 WP No. 11529 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order or direction directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to furnish complete details of service records and S.R. Book of Respondent No.5; 12 b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to initiate appropriate departmental action against Respondent No.5 herein for the offence of fraud, misrepresentation and for fabrication of official records committed by Respondent No.5; c) Issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to consider the representations dated 09.02.2026 and legal notice dated 27.02.2026 submitted by the Petitioner as per Annexures - G and J; d) Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation dated 09.02.2026 and legal notice dated 27.02.2026 at Annexure-G and J submitted to the respondents 2 to 4 has not

HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24040 WP No. 11529 of 2026 been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation and legal notice.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents 2 to 4 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 09.02.2026 and legal notice dated 27.02.2026 at Annexure-G and J and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
