Case No.34 of 2024 corresponding to Delanga P.S. Case No.312 of 2024 further corresponding to G.R. Case No.644 of 2024 registered on the allegation of the offences under Sections 419/420 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present case arises out of a complaint case. He further submits that the co-accused Sri Suman Biswal had approached this Court by filing ABLAPL No.9974 of 2024. The coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 directed him to surrender before the Court within three weeks and upon such surrender, he shall be released on bail on such terms as deemed just and proper. Therefore, he p. 2 prays for similar relief as has been granted to the co- accused, Sri Suman Biswal. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegation, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, although I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, however, it is observed that, in the event the petitioners surrender and move an application for bail before the learned trial Court within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case but subject to verification of criminal antecedents of the petitioners. In the event it is found by the Court in seisin over the matter that the petitioners are having any criminal antecedents, then this order shall not be given effect to. 5.
