The suit was filed for possession which was decreed. The defendant has filed an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay of 905 days in filing the appeal which was rejected by the Appellate Court and, therefore, the appellant has filed this appeal. The learned Counsel for the appellant has informed the Court that the Executing Court has executed the decree and the possession is handed over to the plaintiff. 3.
