Borah, the learned counsel appearing on Page No.# 3/3 behalf of the petitioners. Mr. G. Baishya, the learned Senior Counsel who is also the Standing Counsel for the Gauhati High Court assisted by Ms. D. Bora, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 to 6. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners, being Grade-IV employees, were not properly advised to seek the relevant information regarding the promotional orders of the private respondents. The learned counsel, therefore, submitted that the petitioners would be well advised to withdraw the instant writ petition and take appropriate steps before the authorities concerned with regard to the promotional orders, if any, of the private respondents and thereupon challenge the same, if so advised. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4. It is, however, observed that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not affect the right of the petitioners to approach this Court within a reasonable time if any right of the petitioners has been affected on account of the promotion of the respondent Nos. 7 to 9.
