Based on the report called for by this Court by order dated 06.01.2026, the trial Court has submitted a report, which shows that two of the accused died and the charge against them abated. One of the accused pleaded guilty and the case was split up and also orders pronounced. Now the case in S.C.No.2 of 2006 alone is pending trial. 3. In view of the above report filed by the trial Judge, there is no necessity to pass any separate order in this O.P. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
