The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 06.11.2025, passed by learned Additional District Judge No.10, Jaipur Metropolitan I, Headquarter Sanganer, in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 47/2025, whereby the learned Appellate Court while allowing the appeal, quashed and set aside the order dated 03.05.2025, passed by learned Additional Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate No. 17, Headquarter Sanganer, Jaipur Metropolitan I, in Civil Misc. Application No. 114/2025, wherein the ad-interim injunction was granted. 2. Heard. [2026:RJ-JP:10751] (2 of 2) [CW-17914/2025] 3. Both parties are ad-idem that the temporary injunction application is yet to be decided on merits by the learned Trial Court. 4. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application on its own merits within 60 days from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, if the service of the defendant is complete and without being influenced in any manner by the order dated 03.05.2025 as well as 06.11.2025, in accordance with law. 5.
