The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and that the investigation of this case is pending. 5. I have considered the submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record: 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 734 of 2026 offence, the petitioner herein is alleged to be a quack and he ran away from the clinic while the Joint Director (Medical) and Rural Health Service Department conducted inspection, taking note of the fact that the investigation of this case is pending and if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, he would indulge in similar offence and it would hamper the investigation process, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
