Mr. Ankush Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Mr. Jai Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no. 5. 4. By the instant petition the petitioner is praying for adequate protection for her life and liberty since respondent nos. 4 to 7 are giving threat. 5. On the previous date, the State was directed to get the past history of respondent no. 6 and 7 now on instructions, learned A.G.A. apprise to this court that both the respondent nos. 6 and 7 have a criminal antecedent. 6. It is also argued by learned counsel for the parties that in between the parties there is a civil suit, which is pending for consideration wherein there is a status quo order. 7. Be that as it may, the matter is subjudiced in the civil court and both the parties are the party to that proceeding, therefore, no one has right to give a threat to anyone. 8. In such view of the matter, let the concerned S.S.P. may assess the threat perception, if any, to the petitioner from respondent nos. 6 and 7 and if he comes to the conclusion that there is any threat take appropriate steps. 9. In addition to this, learned S.H.O. may also call upon the respondent nos. 6 and 7 and advise them to pursue legal remedies instead of giving threatening. 10. Subject to the directions and observation as above, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 11. It is made clear that the observation and direction as above will have no impact on pending civil suit and concerned will not take cognizance of this order in the pending suit.
