learned counsel on record for the petitioner. Also heard Sri. Tharesha K. N., learned counsel for respondents.
2. This revision petition is filed challenging the
order that is rendered by the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysore in Criminal Miscellaneous case No.80/2015 dated 05.12.2017. When learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court the
order rendered by this Court in R.P.F.C.No.23/2018 dated 20.11.2020, contending that the order which is under challenge in this revision petition was challenged in the revision petition No.23/2018 and the same was disposed of allowing the said revision petition in part, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to dispose of this revision petition accordingly.

3. No submission is made by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had no knowledge about filing of R.P.F.C No.23/2018 and the order rendered in the said revision petition. Nothing is stated on the merits of this revision petition. Hence, basing on the submission that is made by learned counsel for the respondents, the revision petition is dismissed.
