The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition for more than 95 days without any default. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.OP.No.35847 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for investigation. 5.
