Present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“pleased issue order direct or writ more particulary writ in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare that the Petitioner is aggreived by the inaction of the Respondents by not considering the objection representations dated 04052026 11052026 that including the Petitioners properties/lands survey no D NO 287A1 extent of Ac 0 60 cents and survey no 287A3 extent of ac 0521/2 cents and total extent of Ac 1121/2 in the land pooling scheme without his consent and willingness initiating acquisition of the Petitioners land and proceeding to pass the award in violation of provisions of Act 30 of 2013 as illegal unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequentially set aside the notification no 04/2026LPS dated 204 2026 with respect to the Petitioners land survey no D NO 287A1 extent of Ac 0 60 cents and survey no 287A3 extent of ac 0521/2 cents and total extent of Ac 1121/2 respectively in vykuntapuram village Amaravati mandal palnadu district and to pass such other or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”.

2. Heard Sri Ankalla Prudhvi Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent-APCRDA, assisted by Sri Ram Dheeraj, learned counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the respondents are not considering the objections of the petitioner as submitted on 04.05.2026 & 11.05.2026, pursuant to the notification issued under Rule 19(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2025, dated 20.04.2026 and proceeding with the Land Pooling Scheme.
4. Smt. S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent-APCRDA assisted by Sri Ram Dheeraj,
learned counsel, has placed on record the Endorsement, dated 30.06.2026, stated to have been issued by the 4th respondent by which the objections of petitioner have been duly considered and redressed.
5. In view of the same, as the purpose of filing Writ Petition is achieved and no further orders are required to be passed, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
