Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is one for partition and the same has been pending since 2017. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is 2 disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South) to dispose of Title Suit No. 208 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the last date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5. C.O. 1170 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
