By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- “(1) issue a suitable order or direction, directing the Learned District Judge, Dehradun for expeditious disposal of learned Ist Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Dehradun for expeditious disposal of the Original Suit No. 103 of 2012, Rajendra Nautiyal and others Versus Divakar Prasad Jaguri (Annexure No. 2, Page No.26 to 166 as early as possible or within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (2) Issue any suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” (3) Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.” 3. The petitioner is a defendant in Original Suit No.103 of 2012. The suit is pending since 2012 and the petitioner is 62 years of age. 4. The prayer as sought in the writ petition appears to be innocuous. 5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No.103 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
