For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Karthik Varun For Respondent(s): Mr.C.Kulanthaivail for R1 and R2 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue Visa for the petitioner’s minor daughter, who is now under the petitioner custody, in the pending Visa Application dated 21.1.2026 bearing visa application No.DEU/MAA/200126/0030/01b, by establishing a diplomatic communication through appropriate channels with the second respondent, within time frame, as fixed by this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that due to non issuance of Visa to the petitioner’s daughter, the present petition has been preferred but however on filing of the petition, the Visa itself has been granted on 05.03.2026. 4. In view of the submissions of the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and since Visa has been granted to the petitioner’s daughter, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter and hence, the Writ Petition stands closed.
