None represented for the appellant. The proceeding sheet dated 19.06.2026 would show that, since the learned counsel on record for the appellant is no more, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant through the District Court concerned. As per the report received from the District Court concerned, the notice was served through the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Allagadda, Kurnool District.
2. Despite service of notice, the appellant did not choose to pursue the matter.
3. In that view of the matter, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
