The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused- applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 223/2025 registered at Police Station Sunel District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 126(2) and 115(2) of BNS. It is submitted that on account of disturbance caused to female daughter/relative of the family, physical altercations have been committed. It is further submitted the same was on account of defense. It is also submitted that applicants are behind bar ever since 01.02.2026. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications. Investigating Officer has marked presence in the Court and explain the matter. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that accused- applicants are behind bar ever since 01.02.2026; that it was an inter se dispute between the parties regarding some petty quarrel and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail applications of the accused-applicants and enlarge them on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants 1. Rihan Khan S/o Bhuru Khan 2. Naiem Khan @ Kalu Khan S/o Bhuru Khan 3. Faijaan @ Kana S/o Pappu Khan and 4. Afjal Mansoori S/o Yunus Khan, shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
