Through the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the tender process in respect of GeM Bid No.GEM/2026/B/7398475 DATED 27.03.2026. 2. Pursuant to the NIT, various bidders submitted their tenders, and the technical bids were opened on 06.04.2026. After that, as many as eight (08) bidders were declared qualified at that stage. 3. Now, the Petitioner has sent Notice contending that the Solvency Certificate issued by the Respondent No.4/ICICI Bank in favour of the Respondent No.3 is not correct since the Respondent No.3 had not given out all the facts.
