The petitioners have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging order dated 13.3.2026 (Annexure-P/1) passed by Tahsildar, Akaltara, Distt. Janjgir Champa (CG) in Revenue Case No.202512060600014/A-68/2025-26, whereby the petitioners have been directed to vacate unauthorized occupation of Government land. The petitioners have also challenged eviction Notice dated 13.3.2026 passed by Tahsildar, Akaltara, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG). 3. During the course of submission, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have challenged the aforesaid impugned orders before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) by filing an appeal under Section 44(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. Since the petitioners have already challenged the impugned orders before the Sub Divisional 3 Officer (Revenue), Akaltara, they cannot challenge the same orders before this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 5. However, having considered the prayer of the petitioner, Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Akaltara, Distt. Janjgir Champa is directed to decide the interim application for stay filed by the petitioners as early as possible. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
