Apprehending arrest, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the BNSS. The plea of the petitioner is that on the basis of false and frivolous allegations an FIR No. 15/2026 dated 14.02.2026 came to be registered at Police Station Gandoh, under Section 74, 333, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of BNSS. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to order dated 24.03.2026 passed by learned Additional Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Doda in application titled “Chanchal Singh vs UT of J&K” filed in terms of section 482 of BNSS, whereby the interim anticipatory bail granted in favour of the petitioner came to be cancelled on the ground of violations of terms and conditions of the Bail order. 3. Learned counsel submits that since he was already admitted to bail in anticipation of arrest, but the Court below has cancelled the bail on Serial No. 01 2 Bail App No. 54/2026 technical ground and therefore, he seeks liberty to approach the Trial Court for bail and till then seeks protection. 4. Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, learned GA appeared for the respondents and has not raised any serious objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court if so advised, within a period of seven working days from the date of passing of this order.
