Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was disposed of by Co-ordinate Bench by order dated 23.07.2024 with a direction to the District Magistrate, Dehradun to pass speaking orders on the representations made by the petitioner within four weeks. He submits that, thereafter, the matter got listed for reporting compliance and on 10.09.2024, a Co-ordinate Bench granted two week’s further time to the State to comply with the order dated 23.07.2024. He has also invited out attention towards order dated 07.01.2025, by which, the instant writ petition was directed to be listed along with Writ Petition (PIL) No.204 of 2024. He submits that the issue, which subsequently came to be raised in the present writ petition, regarding the bridge connecting the road is already under consideration in Writ Petition (PIL) No.204 of 2024. He further states that for all practical purposes, the present writ petition does not survive, and in case, the representations of the petitioner have been rejected, the said order(s) would be challenged in independent proceedings. 5.
