The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahibganj (M) PS Case No.27 of 2022, for offence registered under section 147, 148, 149, 307 and 120B of Indian Penal code and Sections 27/35 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of firing upon the 18 persons on a cargo fairy ship. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12 of the petition and in identical situation the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.9283 of 2023, 4576 of 2024 and 09 of 2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:11188 2 allegations are there of firing upon 18 persons of firing on a cargo fairy ship. 5. Considering that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and there are allegations of firing upon 18 persons on a cargo fairy ship and the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
