When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on oral instructions submitted that the vacancy will arise at Adyar, Chennai and that the petitioner will be transferred to the said post. The counsel for the petitioner on instructions is agreeable to the same. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
