1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. The Petitioners have filed the present CRLMC challenging the order dated 16.05.2025, whereby Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) was issued against them by the learned Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda in S.T. Case No.36 of 2007.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were earlier granted bail and had been regularly attending the Court on each date of posting of the case. However, on 16.05.2025, the Petitioners could not remain present in Court due to non-communication by the conducting Counsel. the matter issued the order of N.B.W. against them. She further submits that the Petitioners undertake to co-operate till the end of the trial and appear before the learned Court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
5. Considering the conduct of the Petitioners and further taking into account that the N.B.W.(A) has remained pending since 16.05.2025 without any steps having been taken by the Petitioners in the meantime, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned trial Court.

However, the Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court in seisin of the matter in the aforesaid case within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this order and to move for bail. Upon such application being filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Court in accordance with law.
7. Accordingly, this CRLMC is disposed of.
8. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
