By the present writ petition the petitioner seeks for consideration of her representation dated 15th September, 2025, annexure P4 to the writ petition, for grant of full family pension in her favour. 2. The petitioner contends that her husband Late Muzammel Haque, was an Assistant Teacher of Madrasah Alia Anantapur Senior Madrasah in Arabic. The petitioner’s husband superannuated in the month of February, 2013. The concerned employee had two wives, namely, Mariyam Bibi and Sahanaj Khatun, the petitioner herein. The names of the two wives were duly inserted in the service book as well as in the pension payment order. The first wife, Mariyam Bibi, expired on 18th March, 2021. The husband of the petitioner died on 8th May, 2025. On 12th July, 2025 the Head Master of the said Madrasah wrote a letter to the Treasury Officer, Kandi Treasury, District Murshidabad for grant of 100% family pension in 2 favour of the petitioner since the petitioner is the only surviving wife of the deceased employee. Since no steps were taken, the petitioner on 15th September, 2025 and on 24th September, 2025 submitted representations before the appropriate authority for grant of full family pension. However, the same is still pending consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned advocates representing the respective parties submit that the matter be relegated to appropriate authority for due consideration. 4. In view of the above, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad, respondent no.3, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15th September, 2025 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law, upon notice to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. 6. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to respondent no.3, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad, for necessary compliance. 7. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 25913 of 2025 stands disposed of. 8. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 3 10. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 11. There shall be no order as to costs. 12. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 13.
