Mr. Shariq Khurshid, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Pulak Raj Mullick, learned counsel for the respondent- University. 3. Petitioner was appointed as Professor in the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, and a punishment order was passed against him on 01.08.2018, which is under challenge in this writ petition. 4. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to approach Competent Authority for review of the punishment order and also for other grievances. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- University submits that he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner's counsel. 6. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make a representation to the Competent Authority. If he makes representation within three weeks, a decision thereupon shall be taken as per law within three months thereafter. 7.
