The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Badachana P.S. Case No.463 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2541 of 2025 registered for the alleged commission of the offences punishable under Sections 190/ 191(2)/ 296/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 118(1)/74/27 of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. p. 2 4. The allegation against the petitioners is that on 20.12.2025 at about 4.45 P.M., the complainant reported at Badachana P.S. that the accused persons making unlawful assembly being armed with sharp cutting weapons, lathi and gun and attacked the complainant and her family members resulting multiple bleeding injuries. They also outraged her modesty by abusing in obscene language. Hence, the case. 5. Regard being had to the nature of allegation against the petitioners, though I am not inclined entertain the present bail application of the petitioners, however, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below and move regular bail application, the same shall be considered by the Courts below on its merit in accordance with law on the same day. 6.
