Case No. 37/2026. During the deliberation, it is submitted by Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in the above noted case vide Charge- Sheet No. 37/2026, dated 29.04.2026. In view of the above submission of the learned Addl. P.P., Assam, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below, with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law.
