Heard Ms. Nisha Rajguru, learned Advocate for the Applicant, and Mr. Kunal R. Nalawade, learned Advocate for the Respondent. 2. By the present Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant has sought the following relief: “b) This Hon’ble Court is pleased to transfer Divorce Petition No.88/2026 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur to the Civil judge senior Division Court, Pune”. 3. Ms. Nisha Rajguru, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant is seeking transfer of Divorce Petition No. 88 of 2026, filed by the Applicant in Kolhapur Court when she was residing with the Respondent at Kolhapur, on the ground that the Applicant is now residing at Pune. The request is, therefore, for transfer of the proceedings from the Kolhapur Court to the Court at Pune. 4. Mr. Kunal R. Nalawade, learned Advocate for the Respondent, in all fairness, on instructions from the Respondent, states that the Respondent has no objection to the grant of prayer clause (b). 5. In view of the fair stand taken by the Respondent, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 6. Divorce Petition No. 88 of 2026 filed by the Applicant before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur, is withdrawn and transferred to the Civil Court at Pune having jurisdiction to try matrimonial and family matters/family disputes. 7. The Principal District Judge, Kolhapur, is requested to assign Divorce Petition No. 88 of 2026 to the Civil Court at Pune having jurisdiction to try matrimonial and family matters. 8. The Applicant shall produce a copy of this order before the Principal District Judge, Pune. 9. Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 52 of 2026 is allowed. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) VRJ 2
