Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation (Annexure P-9) with regard to the issue raised in the petition, but the same has not been 2 decided by the Authority concerned till date. 3. This petition, accordingly, as prayed for, is disposed of with the direction that let representation of the petitioner be decided, in the light of the averments made therein as well as the judgment being relied upon by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks by the Competent Authority. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case and the representation shall be decided by the Authority independently without being influenced by any observation made by this Court in this regard. 4.
