The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dugda PS Case No.34 of 2024, for offence registered under section 406, 419, 420, 506, 34 of the IPC, pending in court of learned SDJM, Bermo at Tenughat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in ABA No.339 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 29.7.2025. He next submits that on the fresh grounds, the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that earlier the anticipatory bail application has already been withdrawn by the petitioner and there is no fresh ground to entertain this application.
5. Considering that ABA No.339 of 2025 was withdrawn by the petitioner earlier and in course of argument no fresh ground has been argued to entertain the instant anticipatory bail application, and in the
facts and circumstances of the present case, this anticipatory bail application, is, hereby, dismissed.
