Since the appeal is pending before the respondent No.1-Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Jharkhand, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application. 3. Thus, I direct the respondent No.1-Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Jharkhand to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
