1. Heard Mr. Vikrant Phatate, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Nitin Patil, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent Nos.1 & 3-State.
2. The Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief :
“b) The Applicant be enlarged on bail arising out of C.R. No. 111 of 2026 for offences punishable under section 64, 65 (1), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita & u/sec. 4, 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 registered with Akkalkot South Police Station, District Solapur on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper.” osk 1 of

3. Mr. Vikrant Phatate, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is 25 years of age. He on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court after a period of six months in the event there is no progress in the Trial. This request is not opposed by Mr. Nitin Patil, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent Nos.1 & 3-State.
4. Considering the age of the Applicant and the allegations against the Applicant, the request made by Mr. Vikrant Phatate, learned Advocate for the Applicant appears to be reasonable.
5. In view of the above, in the event, if there is no progress in the trial in Crime No. 111 of 2026, then the Applicant is at liberty to apply for fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court. If such Bail Application is filed, it be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. Criminal Bail Application No. 825 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
