JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER Action has been initiated against the petitioner on the allegation that the construction has been put up in violation of the building by-laws and the sanctioned plan. 2. The case of the petitioner is that the alleged deviations can be regularized in the light of the Notification dated 05.01.2026 issued under the Zonal Regulations of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13033 WP No. 6562 of 2026 the Revised Master Plan 2015 for Bengaluru and Greater Bengaluru (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the case of the petitioner would be examined in the light of the amended regulations and that only thereafter, appropriate action will be initiated against the petitioner. Hence, the following: ORDER i. The Writ Petition is hereby disposed of. ii. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a detailed written representation to the jurisdictional joint commissioner (respondent No.2) and show how the construction put up by him is in accordance with law presently. iii. The said representation shall be made by 13.03.2026. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13033 WP No. 6562 of 2026 iv. Respondent No.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and thereafter pass appropriate orders. v. Till such decision is taken, the impugned orders shall be kept in abeyance and no precipitative action shall be initiated against the petitioner. vi.
