JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, directing the respondents 4 to 7 to consider the representations submitted by the 1st and 2nd petitioners dated 17//07/2023, 29/02/2024, 06/05/2024, 21/10/2024 & 19/06/2025 vide Annexures ‘D’ & ‘G1, G2, G3 & G4 and 3rd and 4th petitioners dated 31/12/2024, 31/12/2024, 11/04/2025, 19/06/2025 & 11/08/2025 vide Annexure – ‘K1, K2’, N1, N2 & N3, the 5th petitioner dated 03/01/2025, 19/06/2025 and 11/08/2025 vide Annexure ‘R’ ‘S1 & S2’ and 6th and 7th petitioners dated 31/12/2024, 19/06/2025 and 13/08/2025 vide Annexure- ‘V’, Y1 & Y2, seeking for appointment on compassionate grounds, in the interest of justice and equity. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations at Annexures – D, G1, G2, G3, G4, K1, K2, N1, N2, N3, R, S1, S2, V, Y1 and Y2 dated 17.07.2023, 29.02.2024, 06.05.2024, 21.10.2024, 19.06.2025, 31.12.2024, 31.12.2024, 11.04.2025, 19.06.2025, 11.08.2025, 03.01.2025, 19.06.2025, 11.08.2025, 31.12.2024, 19.06.2025 and 13.08.2025 submitted to respondent Nos.4 to 7 have not been considered so far by respondent No.4 nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5.
