In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 for lodging an FIR against the respondent nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 as they were involved in misappropriation of funds in the MGNREGA scheme. It appears that for the similar relief the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.644 of 2026, which was dismissed as withdrawn giving a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Since an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner and on the earlier occasion on similar prayer his writ application was withdrawn, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application which consequently stands disposed of.
