The petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Central Primary School, Bardhar, Education Block Drang, District Mandi stated to be a hard area in terms of the applicable transfer policy. Her case is that on completion of the requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, she preferred a representation on 15.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking transfer to a place of her 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 preference, but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
