Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the criminal miscellaneous petition on merits. The limited prayer made by him is that the instant petition may be disposed of in the light of the judgment dated 06.10.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Girraj Meena V/s State of Rajasthan (S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.419/2025 & other connected matters) and the order dated 01.08.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the case of Sanjib @ Sanjiv V/s. State of Rajasthan & Anr. (S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.6102/2022). 2. Learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the same. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that if the petitioner files a fresh application before the competent Court, same shall be decided in accordance [2026:RJ-JP:9617] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-774/2025] with law in the light of the judgments passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in the cases of Girraj Meena (supra) and Sanjib @Sanjiv (supra). 4.
