The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hunterganj PS Case No.252 of 2023, for offence registered under section 272, 273, 284, 290, 420, 465, 34 of IPC and section 47(a) of Jharkhand Excise Act , pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conferencing (V.C) submits that that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and false allegation are made of making spurious liquor and selling the same and on these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making spurious liquor and selling the same and he next submits that the petitioner is having four criminal antecedents of identical nature. 5. Considering that the allegations are there of making spurious liquor by way of utilizing empty bottles and on the empty bottles stickers have been pasted and those bottles have been recovered and the petitioner is having four criminal antecedents of identical nature, and in the facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and hence, this anticipatory bail application, is, hereby, dismissed.
