1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner submitted on 23.12.2025 and consider his claim for revocation of his suspension within a time bound period. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such orders as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, cost of litigation may also be awarded, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was suspended and, thereafter charge memo was issued for initiating departmental inquiry proceedings on 02.05.2025, however till date there is no progress in inquiry proceedings, therefore petitioner submitted a representation before respondent no. 3 for revocation of
order of suspension which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider representation Annexure P- 6 dated 23.12.2025 within a specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, she is having no objection.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into the merits of claim of petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner Annexure P-6 dated 23.12.2025 on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is
