The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying the monthly salary to the Petitioner from December, 2024 to till date, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner is working as Principal in Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential (APTWR) Boys School, Rentachintala, Guntur district. While so, Respondent No.1 issued G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022 enhancing the age of superannuation from 60 to 62 years. Thereafter, the Petitioner filed W.P.No.29330 of 2024 seeking for enhancement of age of superannuation up-to 62 years and this Court passed an interim order, directing the Respondents therein to continue the Petitioner till he attains an age of 62 years and Petitioner was continued to discharge his duties. Although the Petitioner continued to discharge his duties, his monthly salary from December 2024 to till date has not been released. Consequently, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is entitled for the monthly salary from December 2024 to till date. 4 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 submitted that the salaries of the Petitioner will be disbursed as per his entitlement. 5. Taking note of the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to pay the salaries to the Petitioner as per his entitlement, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. No order as to costs. 7.
