By this application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, the petitioner, Monjil Hussain, who is facing trial in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 04/2026, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Goalpara, has prayed for release on bail. Mr. Uddin has submitted that only 1 (one) witness has been examined in this case. Page No.# 2/2 I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering entire aspect of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that let the Trial Court examine at least 4 (four) witnesses in this case and thereafter, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again.
