Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “A. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to release the 100% pension of the petitioner. B. That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to grant all the retiral benefits of the petitioner. C. Cost of the petition. D. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while holding the post of Assistant Grade-II was initially suspended on 03.06.2022 (wrongly mentioned as 30.06.2022 in the writ petition) on account of registration of criminal case. He submits that petitioner while in suspension stood retired from service with effect from 30.04.2023, however, the retiral dues due to petitioner has not been paid till now. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that if petitioner is having any grievance with regard to his retiral dues he could have submitted a representation/application before the concerned authority and from the documents it is not reflecting that petitioner has submitted any representation/application for the same before the authority to redress. 3 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit comprehensive representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before the concerned authority and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 08 weeks from the dated of receipt of the representation/application. 5.
