The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), particularly a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.4 in S.A.R. And The petitioners further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding upon the respondents particularly to the respondent no.2 (Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi) to early dispose the S.A.R. Appeal No.94 R15/2025-26 as because the order passed by the Special Regulatory Officer in S.A.R. Case No. 88 of 2023-24 in ex-parte manner and in spite of appearance of the petitioners, the grounds of the petitioners has not been heard and decided in favour of private respondent no.6.” 2. The original authority has passed the order against the present petitioner and the petitioner has preferred an appeal which has been numbered as S.A.R. Appeal No.94 R15/2025-26. At this stage, the only prayer has been confined for the disposal of the pending appeal. 3. In view of the above limited submission, no notice is required to be issued to the private parties, accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby disposed directing the appellate authority to conclude the pending appeal as early as possible after giving due opportunity to the parties of the proceeding and in accordance with law.
