Advocate has submitted that there is specific statement in paragraph no. 3 of the writ petition that incident referred to in this writ petition that father-in-law of the petitioner had stolen valuable articles amounting to Rs. 59,660/- (Rupees Fifty nine thousand six hundred sixty), occurred on 01.01.2006. Accordingly, Ms. S.B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. Prayer is allowed. Page No.# 3/3 Matter stands dismissed on withdrawal.
