Mr. M.C. Pant, Advocate, states that since the Presiding Officer of the Court from where the transfer was being sought has changed, hence, the grievance does not survive any longer and he wishes to not press these particular transfer applications. 3. In such view of the matter, the instant transfer applications are dismissed as not pressed, however, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 states that in pursuance to the order dated 25.02.2025, passed in these cases, she has yet not received the amount of Rs.10,000/- that was deposited in the Registry of this Court. 4.
