The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the ofÏce order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2002 on notional basis and from 18.05.2016 on actual basis. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.11.2023 passed in CWP No.9022 of 2023, titled, Ashok Kumar vs. CSK H.P. Krishi Vishvavidyalaya a/w connected petitions, has been complied with, wherein directions were given to the respondents to implement the directions issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the cases of Surajmani and Sarwan Kumar, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed and disposed of. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been granted the benefits, as have been granted to others, in case it is so, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings, if available, in accordance with law. 5.
