The present writ petition is filed, being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law. 2. While admitting the present writ petition, this Court, vide order dated 30.04.2013, directed the respondents not to demolish the subject property except by following the due process of law. Thereafter, the matter has been listed for hearing today. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. If any action has already been initiated prior to the passing of this order, the same shall be governed by law. There shall be no order as to costs.
