The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 to 7 in demolishing the tin-roof shed house of the petitioner, constructed over Ac.1.00 cents of agricultural land in Survey No.115, Kommadi Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam, without following the due process of law. 2. This Court directed that status quo to be maintained and further directed the parties not to make any further constructions. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has placed on record the instructions as received. It is stated that the 2nd respondent had inspected the subject site and found that Sri Peda Pydimamba Ammavari Temple is situated in Survey No.115 and that no structure has been constructed in the said property. It is further stated that, as per the revenue records, Survey No.115 of Kommadi Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam, is classified as Government land. It is also stated in the instructions that the allegations made against the 2nd respondent by the petitioner are denied. 4. Recording the submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the respondents to take appropriate action by following the due process of law.
