JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 08-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. From perusal of the tracking report, it appears that notice has been served upon O.P. No. 2. 3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 330/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506, 500 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of I.T. Act. 4. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have secretly took informant’s photos/videos, used them to establish a physical relationship, then pressured her for marriage, threatened her, broke off her engagement, and posted Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3819 of 2026(4) dt.08-04-2026 2/2 her photos/videos on Facebook, causing her severe mental distress and workplace harassment. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the allegation, it appears that the informant is a major and in fact the age gap between petitioner and informant is ten years and it appears to be a case of consensual relationship between two consenting adults. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.11.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co- operate in the case/ trial. 6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria /concerned Court below in connection with Khagaria P.S.
